The FDA has required all fish (with the exception of tuna) destined to be served raw in the U.S. to be frozen at a minimum of minus four degrees Fahrenheit for seven days or minus thirty-one degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen hours. 家用冷凍無法快速冷凍,所以不只寄生蟲可以存活過這個過程,而且長期冷凍造成的長冰晶會隨著成長刺穿一個一個的細胞膜.
我想問,台灣可以買到不貴的快速冷凍設備嗎?
