Norwegian Forest cats are indeed quite rare in Asia. In Hong Kong for example, there are perhaps not more than 30 of them..........with pedigrees and registrations...........
A pet quality Forest in Hong Kong will cost about HK$8,000 - 10,000 and show quality will go up to HK$15,000..........

Hi all............just happened to have surfed to this forum, my name is Russell Law from HK (used to live in London) and I'm one of the three Norwegian Forest breeders here. My cats have been the best in Asia for the last three years in CFA shows..............
Practically speaking, there are only very few Forest cats in Asia and demand for this breed is high. I, as a breeder only produce 1 to 2 litters a year so kittens out of my breeding are very limited in numbers..........
Pictured below is my beloved Antonio who just won the Best in Show in the Malaysia International Cat Show..................enjoy..............
