經過了一整年(共十塲分別在歐、亞的貓展)，Antonio(挪威森林貓)擊敗了數百位來自歐洲、香港、馬來西亞、中國大陸、泰國、菲律賓、台灣、星加坡及韓國等對手，最後成功登上亞洲貓壇最高榮譽 - CFA(美國愛貓者協會, Cat Fanciers' Association)國際分區亞洲總冠軍, Best Cat in Championship, International Division (Asia & Latin America)。

Russell, many heartfelt congratulations to you! You and your cats surely deserve it because you have put in such a great deal of efforts. Showing a cat at such a high level really requires perserverence. It's great to see a cat from Hong Kong on the top of the list of DWs. I hope my future Maine Coon kitties can also have such great results!

Yes, I'm flabbergasted.........a title I've been dreaming for so long..............and I finally GOT IT........feels great.............

Perhaps next big one is a NW........extremely difficult and I need to wait for my next superstar and have the right person showing for me.............

I often hear your stories from Raymond. He told me how enthusiastic you are about showing and breeding cats. I am often amazed, because I can't imagine someone can go as far as that....about the way you groom cats....the way you keep your cats.....Really amazing! But as a full time 'paid employee', I can't imagine spending as much time and putting as many efforts as you do.
BTW, showing a cat to an NW title costs a great deal of money!

hi shanju, it's not just one big show in Hong Kong which makes the difference.............Antonio has gone to 10 shows in the 2006-07 show season including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, Belgium, Holland and Italy and that's how he won the ultimate Best Cat title in Asia..........

Haha....you said 'your coon'. Are you talking to me or Russell? Russell's is an NFC and mine is a Coon (Maine Coon)!

i'm from taiwan but used to be in aus last 5 yrs
well. i could understand most of cantonese actually. but couldnt speak well

There are many MC catteries in Aus. Didn't you visit any?
MC cats have excellent temperament and distinctive looks.
I heard that there are not many pedigreed cats in Taiwan. Don't know if this is true.
